This is my absolute favorite breakfast!
Being away at college makes cooking really inconvenient sometimes. Luckily my building is right across the street from a Subway filled with tons of healthy options. When my friend suggested a sunrise melt and I tried it, it was absolutely DELICIOUS. Of course nothing can compare to a home-cooked meal but this melt is a wonderful way to start any morning. I comes with two slices of turkey, one slice of ham, and 2 pieces of bacon (let’s face it - bacon makes everything infinitely better) and a choice of either regular egg or egg whites. I always get mine with egg whites and only add spinach but the great thing about Subway is how easy it is to add different veggies. 
One of the best parts besides the great taste? It’s 470 calories! Yep, you read that right. A standard 6 inch is 470 calories and honestly, a 6 inch sunrise melt can keep you full for a while. It’s also really well-priced, at least at my Subway. A combo which brings the sandwich and a choice of coffee or a water is only 3 bucks  which is college budget friendly! 
A quick, easy, cheap, and healthy breakfast. What more could you ask for? :)
