Compliments go a long way!
It may seem silly but the smallest things or words can make my motivation skyrocket. This morning I re-read the positive affirmation board from last night and I didn’t notice that someone thought I was pretty and it really put a smile to my face and I feel 10x more pumped to work out today :)
If you have a second each day, try to say something nice to someone! If you think it’s awkward or you don’t really know them/don’t wanna be a creeper, do it anonymously or with a note :)
Look at yourself in the mirror. See all you’ve accomplished? You should! Don’t you want to keep it? And get even better than you already are?
I’m pretty sure you’d all answer yes, so get up and go! We all struggle with motivation but the more we stick to it the better off we’ll be :)
